1. Processing and Same-Day Shipping Cutoff
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 1:00 PM Central Time (CT) on business days (Monday through Friday) will ship the same day.
- After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays: Orders placed after 1:00 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Holiday Schedule: We do not ship on weekends or international holidays.
2. Shipping Coverage and Restrictions
- Domestic Only: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
3. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $150 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Rates: For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination zip code.
- Optional Insurance: Optional shipping insurance is available at checkout at the customer’s expense for added peace of mind.

- Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in secure, plain, and discreet packaging to maintain privacy and professional standards.
- Product Protection: All items are wrapped thoroughly in heavy-duty protective bubble wrap layers to cushion the physical products against movement or impact damage during transit.
5. Address Accuracy
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. Amino Saint is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error or delays caused by incomplete information.
