Who is eligible to purchase?
To order, you must be at least 21 years of age and represent a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution with the proper facilities and safety training to handle research chemicals.
What are your shipping times and rates?
Orders placed by 1:00 PM CT (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on international holidays ship the next business day.
U.S. orders over $150 get free standard shipping, and everything ships in secure, discreet packaging.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your shipment is processed, an automated tracking number will be sent to your registered email address so you can monitor your package’s delivery status in real time.
What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the specialized, laboratory-grade nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unused products under any circumstances.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If a product arrives physically damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence of both the inner product and the outer shipping box to receive a replacement.
