1. Strict No-Refund & No-Return Policy
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the scientific nature and strict storage requirements of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
- Product Integrity: Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify its handling or storage conditions; therefore, we cannot restock or resell any items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, order errors, or unused products.
2. Damaged or Defective Shipments
- Eligibility for Replacement: The only exception to our final-sale policy is if an item arrives physically damaged or defective due to transit. In these cases, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
- 72-Hour Reporting Window: Any damage or order discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 72 hours of delivery confirmation. Reports made after this 72-hour window will not be eligible for review or replacement.
3. Required Proof for Claims
To process a damage claim, you must submit an email to our support team containing the following evidence:
- Your official order number.
- Clear photo documentation showing the damaged inner product or vial.
- Clear photo documentation showing the condition of the outer shipping box or wrapper.
Note: Claims cannot be processed or approved without valid photographic proof.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Carrier Responsibility: Amino Saint is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
- Shipping Insurance: If you purchased optional shipping insurance at checkout, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier to recover or replace your package.
